The formal signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Shenzhen MSU-BIT University and Secretariat of the Business Council of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) took place on July 20, 2017 at the Moscow State University.
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aims to promote the expansion and enhancement of the cooperation between the University and business structures (enterprises and organizations) of the SCO member states, observer states and dialogue partners.
The SCO Business Council Secretariat will assist the University in finding companies, enterprises and organizations for the University students’ internship programs with the employment prospects for University students in the leading world and regional companies and organizations in the fields of their studies. The parties are planning to jointly organize and conduct events, forums, conferences and seminars at the University. The parties mutually agree to provide informational support.
Rector of the University, Professor Zhao Ping signed the MoU on behalf of the University, Executive Secretary of the Business Council Secretariat S.V. Kanavsky signed the MoU on behalf of the SCO Business Council Secretariat.
Cooperation between the First Russian-Chinese University and SCO Business Council Secretariat is unique among other joint universities.
